You've posted this a couple places and I'm curious to know what this list represents...is it supposed to be the weapons used by the US forces, as the title suggests?

Yes, it does...it represents all weapons used by the US during the Korean War, for reference.

As far as I know, the US didn't issue foreign weapons to it's troops... the Browning hi-power pistols, and type 96 machineguns for example. Not too sure about some of the mortars; the biggest was 4.2 inch.
Also by 1950 the 1903 and 1903a3 Springfields and 1917 Enfield were obsolete. They did issue some 1903a4 sniper rifles.
You can correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm also under the impression that the Thompson was also no longer issued, although many were used by Chinese troops and some were captured and used.
The CCF (Chinese Communist Forces) did use any and all of the weapons you list, many were hold-overs from WWII lend-lease or captured from Nationalist forces.
Where did you get the infomation for your list? It sounds more like a composite of "allied" weapons from the Second World War era.
Lots of times folks think that weapons, equipment etc. at the start of Korea was exactly the same as when WWII ended, but that's an oversimplification, and not entirely accurate.

Thank you for the post...the M1903A3s were used by Marine Reconnaissance Teams until Late 1951. The Thompsons was used by the local populace but they were also given to Airborne Teams (M1 Carbine and M1/M1928 Thompson). This list was read over to me by the friend of the family who was a NCO in the US Army during Korea (1950-1953)...indeed a lot of these weapons were used in WW2, but this what they used...it was a 5 year gap from WW2 to Korea, the M1 Garand was good enough as a standard rifle, why change it? Just as an example...
